Terms of use for Praytec services and website — effective 1 January 2026.
By accessing praytec.com or using Praytec services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Praytec provides ERP, cloud phone, AI, POS, CRM, and related solutions for businesses in Indonesia. Features, pricing, and scope are defined in a separate proposal or subscription agreement.
Monthly subscriptions start after go-live and your approval — no upfront subscription fees during initial POC/setup unless a one-time implementation fee is agreed. Setup and subscription payments follow official Praytec invoices.
You may test services in production before committing to a subscription. If services do not meet expectations, you may stop before the subscription is active — no early lock-in contract, except for agreed setup work already performed.
The price guarantee applies to verifiable comparable public offers. Submit claims via WhatsApp or hello@praytec.com with proof links or official quotes.
Website materials, the Praytec brand, and documentation belong to Praytec or its licensors. Copying, distributing, or modifying without written permission is prohibited.
Information on this website is general and may change. Praytec is not liable for indirect losses from use of marketing information; operational liability is governed by the customer agreement.
