How Praytec collects, uses, and protects data — effective 1 January 2026.
This policy applies to praytec.com and initial communications (email, WhatsApp, consultation inquiries) before a full service contract. Active customer data on ERP/phone/PrayInbox platforms is also governed by the service agreement and DPA where required.
Business contact data (name, email, phone, company name), consultation message content, and basic technical data (server logs, browser type) for website security. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
To respond to consultations, prepare proposals, onboard services, provide support, and improve our offerings. Marketing communication only with your consent or where a relevant business relationship exists.
Data is stored on cloud infrastructure with restricted access. We apply reasonable security practices; no system is 100% secure, but we work to protect data from unauthorized access.
We may share data with infrastructure providers (hosting, email) and technical partners required to operate services — only as needed and under confidentiality obligations.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of marketing contact data by emailing hello@praytec.com. Requests related to active customer operational data follow the service agreement.
This static website does not use third-party advertising tracking cookies. Google Fonts are loaded from Google — see Google's policy for data transfer details.
We may update this policy; the latest version is published on this page. Privacy questions: hello@praytec.com.
